Stoughcool’s PlasmaCool is a premium plasma arc water-table fluid formulated for plasma arc cutting tables. It contains a robust corrosion protection package that protects against corrosion and has excellent protection against bacteria and mold. Stoughcool PlasmaCool does not thermally degrade and runs very clean with very high operator acceptance due to its very clean nature. Stoughcool PlasmaCool rejects tramp oils, making it easy to remove un-wanted tramp oils that get washed into the sump or table. The slag and burn off material that sinks to the bottom of the table is no match for Stoughcool’s PlasmaCool, the PlasmaCool will continue to stay fresh and clean and resist bacteria and mold growth. Stoughcool PlasmaCool is recommended to be mixed at approximately 5% (20:1 ratio) with water.
